I'm originally from Tainan, a city in Taiwan, but I currently live in New York City. When I'm not baking, I love to workout and do yoga and pilates. In college, I majored in Japanese. However, life is unexpected. In 2014, I moved to America and discovered my passion for baking.

I enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education to study Pastry and Baking Art, and graduated in 2018. 

After graduating, I became pregnant and gave birth to my beautiful baby daughter. During this time, I stopped baking. However, now that I have time to bake again, I have returned to pursuing my passion for sweet treats! 

I specialize in Japanese- style nerikiri wagashi, frosted cookies, meringue cookies, cakes, and Taiwanese desserts. I also teach baking classes. 

On this website, I share my work and my life as a baker.

畢業後經歷懷孕生子,暫停了一段時間,現在重新回到所愛的甜點蛋糕領域。

專攻日式和菓子、糖霜餅乾、馬林糖、蛋糕以及臺式甜點,還有教學。
