在法拉盛眾多的火鍋店中，要長期生存真的要隨著大環境而改變生意模式。

以前這間牛火鍋（Niu pot)是單點的，他們最大賣點就是冬瓜蠱火鍋。

今年他們有多了選擇的吃到飽的火鍋或吃到飽的燒烤，或者吃到飽的火鍋+燒烤，也可以單點。還有四喜鍋可以選擇。

如果加上燒烤就會在貴一些。

一個人平均$30～35。

有時候等老公下班後，想吃火鍋又不想開車走出去了，就直接到樓下的這間牛鍋吃，吃完再去領車回家。

有趣的是，他們是我之前在Equinox的健身教練的哥哥開的！ 啊哈哈，當我知道的時候，就覺得世界好小喔😆

In Flushing, there are many hot pot restaurants. In order to survive, they often need to change their business strategies to compete with other competitors. 

Niu pot is no different. They now provide all you can eat hot pot and BBQ. They also have 4 flavors broth can be choose. Average costs is $30-$35 per person.

Sometimes, when my husband finishes work,we’re tired to think of what to eat, so we will just go to the Niu pot. It’s in the same building, so it’s easy.

And guess what? The owner is my previous personal trainer’s brother! What a small world.😂
