當聽不清楚別人說什麼時，該怎麼說？
What can you say if you don't understand what someone is saying?
你可以說，
1. I didn't catch that. Could you repeat that, please?
我沒聽到，可以請你再重複一次嗎？
2. I couldn't hear that very clearly. Could you say that again/ say that one more time?
我聽得沒有很清楚，可以請你再說一次嗎/重複一次嗎？
聽不清也可以說：
I didn't get that!
注意，不是 I didn't get it，而是get "that"
那如果你想要問再多一點資訊的話。
When do you most often need to ask for clarification?
1. Could you be more specific?
你可以再說詳細一點嗎？
2. Could you explain that again?
你可以再解釋一次嗎？
3. Could you repeat that, I didn't understand what you said?
你可以再重複說一次嗎，我不懂你說的
4. Let me make sure I understand you correctly, so you said....
讓我確認一下我聽懂你說的，所以你說....
5. Hold on, would you please slow down.
等一下，可以請你講慢一點嗎。
6. Sorry, I didn't catch that. Is that what you said?
抱歉，我不太清楚。這是你說的嗎？
